Watching the Oscars Tonight
I can't look away when moviemakers take stock of the craft of moviemaking
I’m not going to review today and instead will join in the fun of guessing who’ll win at tonight’s Oscar Awards ceremony. Below are my predicted winners. In some categories, I’ve also listed the nominee I believe should win. Where I think a deserving nominee wasn’t selected, I’ve included it as Should Have Been a Contender. In the remaining categories, I’ve simply indicated the movie I think will win.
I haven’t seen “Barbie”, “Poor Things” or “The Zone of Interest”, so I’ve relied on predictions from seasoned Oscar prognosticators. Which means my own thoughts should be taken with a huge brick of salt.
Happy viewing!
